I love how the Philadelphia sky is like a blank backdrop for the life architecture and light of the city to set against. Sure, the light pollution is terrible, and the cloud covered skies made for some really dreary days. But, at night the lights from apartment towers twinkle like stars spread out across the urban horizon.






I see why you love the city!
That might be the first time I’ve appreciated the lack of stars in the city. Normally – I hate it. I miss the stars that sprinkled my suburban skies…
